Hannah has been weak. She has complained of having frequent headaches, but she has not been able to go to the hospital to have the headaches checked.

Background
Hannah was widowed in 1994. She lives with her grandchild, who was abandoned by her son. She says that the money that she earns in making jewelry goes to employ a helper to till her land and to buy food.
She thanks h.o.w? for giving them an opportunity to earn some money that goes a long way in assisting them in their livelihood. Her grandson gets to have books and the uniform he wears to school. She believes that God communicates that He is with them through h.o.w? as the women in the U.S. come to visit them in fellowship.
